What is the cost of shipping?
FEBE offers free shipping for all purchases that are over $250, before tax.
When can I expect my FEBE order to arrive?
All orders are processed within 3 business days. While we try our best to process orders as quickly as possible, same-day processing cannot be guaranteed. We ship via UPS ground. The estimated arrival time is 3 to 7 business days once the package has left our facility. We are not responsible for items delayed by UPS. Please note that estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping at an additional cost.
2ND DAY SHIPPING
Orders placed after 3PM (CST) Friday will be processed Monday. Shipping
charges and times may vary by merchandise and delivery destination. A
signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more
than one delivery attempt is required. This service is not available for some
delivery destinations and types of merchandise. Actual delivery dates are
not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including
delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather,
traffic and other factors.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not ship outside of the U.S. Please contact us if you wish to purchase something internationally.

We are not responsible for the loss of packages if the delivery location is not secure or a delivered package is stolen from where a carrier leaves it.
