What is your return policy?

We are happy to offer returns for store credit only on all U.S. orders. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of fulfillment and returned unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition. Store credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased, excluding the cost of shipping. Store credit does not expire. Sale items are not eligible for return. Any items discounted 30% or greater are immediately deemed final sale. All swimwear is final sale. Returns can be made in-store or by mail.

 

How and when will I receive my store credit?

You will receive an email confirmation of your store credit within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return at our fulfillment center. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. While we try our best to process returns as soon as we receive them, we cannot guarantee store credit will be processed the same day your return is delivered. Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return has been fully processed.

 

Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?

FEBE will provide you with a shipping label, and a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of shipping the return. If an exchange, we will handle shipping costs for sending the new item to the customer.  

 

How do I use my store credit?

Creating a FEBE account is the easiest way to use your store credit. Use the email address associated with your online purchase to create a log-in. Your credit balance is viewable in your account home and can be applied at check-out in the space marked “gift card.” If you do not have a FEBE account, you will receive a code with your return confirmation that you can use at check-out.

 

What do I do if my purchase is damaged or defective?

We certainly want you to be satisfied with your FEBE purchases. We do our best to take care of our products and customers, dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@febeclothing.com so we can handle the situation right away.
